My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and grounded in evidence.

That means I don’t believe in forcing people into rigid programmes or expecting everyone to respond to movement in the same way.

Instead, I work collaboratively with each person to understand:

  • what they’re struggling with

  • what support feels safe and realistic

  • what their goals actually mean to them

  • and what barriers may be standing in the way
