Hi, I’m Katy - past NHS nurse turned PT, and Sports & Exercise Psychologist in Training
I created The Mindset in Motion Psych to offer something different: an inclusive, evidence-based space where people feel genuinely safe, supported and empowered in both their mind and body.
My approach blends movement, psychology and compassionate coaching to support people through everything from gym anxiety and confidence struggles to injury recovery, performance pressure and life changes.
No intimidation. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just thoughtful, person-centred support that meets you where you are.
